1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TradeBoard NYC ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. The Service is owned and operated by IMPRNT Corporation.

2. Description of Service

TradeBoard NYC is a free job aggregation and discovery tool that compiles publicly available skilled trade job listings in New York City. The Service:

  • Aggregates job listing titles, descriptions, pay information, and links from publicly accessible third-party job boards
  • Provides filtering, sorting, and search tools to help users discover relevant opportunities
  • Refreshes job data approximately every 24 hours
  • Directs users to the original job posting on the third-party platform for application

3. Job Listing Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: TradeBoard NYC is an aggregation tool, not an employer, employment agency, or staffing service.

  • We do not create, verify, endorse, or guarantee any job listing displayed on the Service.
  • Job listings are sourced from third-party platforms and may be inaccurate, outdated, or no longer available.
  • Pay ranges, job descriptions, and employer information are presented as-is from the original source. We make no representations about their accuracy.
  • We do not control the hiring process, terms of employment, or any agreements between you and any employer.
  • Users are solely responsible for verifying the legitimacy of any job listing before applying.

4. Fair Use and Copyright

4.1 Job Listing Data

TradeBoard NYC displays publicly available job listing information under fair use principles. We present minimal factual information (job title, company name, location, pay range, and a link to the original posting) for the purpose of public interest job discovery. All job listings link directly to the original source for full details and application.

4.2 DMCA Safe Harbor

TradeBoard NYC operates as an information location tool under Section 512(d) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe any content on the Service infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to:

Your notice must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it

  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

4.3 Service Content

The design, layout, user interface, original code, and visual assets of TradeBoard NYC are copyrighted and held by IMPRNT Corporation. All rights reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service's design without written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract data from the Service at scale
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limiting, bot detection, or other security measures
  • Reproduce, mirror, or redistribute the Service or its content in any form
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service's infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

All original elements of TradeBoard NYC, including but not limited to the logo, design system, user interface, source code, and brand identity, are the intellectual property of IMPRNT Corporation. The TradeBoard NYC name and logo are proprietary marks of IMPRNT Corporation.

Third-party trademarks (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Craigslist, BuildingConnected) are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely for source attribution purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • We disclaim all warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any job listings.
  • In no event shall IMPRNT Corporation, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed $100 USD.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IMPRNT Corporation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
